Application job at the Bendizzo Investment and General Supply (BIGS)- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(a) To deliver efficient day-to-day management
of BIGS office, ensuring the office is kept clean, secure, well maintained,
adequately supplied with stationery and other consumables, and provided with
reliable IT and communications services. This includes managing relationships
with key suppliers, including providers of security, cleaning and IT and communications
services and suppliers.
(b) To ensure BIGS has good working relationships
and a reputation for professionalism.
(c) To provide Procurement administration services.
(d) To ensure BIGS has available of
customer care and good service all time when u have attending to job.
(e) To support procurement processes,
including identifying potential suppliers and accessing quotes that provide
good value for money, ensuring adherence to the procedures outlined in BIGS
Finance Policy Manual.
(f)
To
maintain accurate records of stocks, in line with procedures described by the
Finance Policy Manual
(g) To carry out any other tasks as
reasonably required by your line manager.
(h) To provide all stationary services
includes internet café

Essential

Education

Certificate/Diploma in IT, Entrepreneurship, Business administration
or
other related field

Experience

2-years experience working in
Secretary/Procurement office
administration
for recognized organization, or any related office
